The future is bright at The Family Health Centers of Asheville, Arden & Hominy Valley. We are a physician-owned family medical group seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization to continued success.
Established in 1978 The Family Health Centers is a proven leader of healthcare in the region. Our unique approach to family medicine allows us to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Value-based care partnerships, patient engagement technologies, range of professional and ancillary service offerings, compassion for patients and favorable work environment support our strategic plans.
What makes the Family Health Centers different:
CEO Accountabilities
Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives
Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and resources
Lead and manage the executive and leadership teams to achieve company goals
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the physician board, business associates and vendors in the communities served
Ensure the practice complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Financial accountabilities include:
Manage the company’s financial planning
Plan and perform risk management duties
Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
Plan, implement and manage investment strategies
Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
Determine finance KPIs
Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
Prepare and present forecasting reports
Compliance with policy and legal matters
Direct Reports Include:
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role
Strong strategic planning and business development skills
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive profitability and growth
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters’ degree preferred
Primary Care Experience Preferred
