The practice seeks a full-time advanced practitioner (FNP or PA)
Independent and physician-led, our unique approach to family medicine allows us to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Value-based care partnerships, patient engagement technologies, and a new clinical facility support our strategic growth plans.
Applicants with 2 + years of advanced practitioner experience preferred.
